How do I purchase from Litaicompany.com?


We are devoted to making the process easier for small-business clients.

When you find what you're looking for, you can place your order online or you can contact our sale team for assistance.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Since we are a wholesale company, we do have a $100.00 minimum for all orders. That minimum order amount is based on the subtotal of products in your shopping cart (excluding taxes and shipping).

Can I backorder out of stock product?

It depends as some of the items may be discontinued by our manufacturer.

In the case that you have placed an order for a product that is already out of stock, one of our customer service staff will contact you in regard with whether you can back order that particular product and adjust the charges accordingly.

Can I special order if there is not enough in stock of the item I want from the online store?

We do offer special ordering of products. Please contact us at choly@lqcompany.com for more information about this service.

How do I track my order?


Once your order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail containing your shipment tracking information.

What shipping methods do you offer?


Our primary method for shipping is USPS. For larger orders, we offer pallet shipping via LTL freight providers.


What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards, and PayPal.


What can cause my order to be delayed?


If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, only to physical street addresses. If you use a P.O. box in the shipping information when placing an order, your order may be delayed until we get the correct shipping information from you.
